My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once items are sent out I have no control over how USPS handles them. You are more than welcome to do a damaged item report to the USPS but I am not able to resend an item. I do my best to package and label things to prevent these accidents, but things do rip or break on occasion.

As soon as I tried to pin the button to my jacket, the pin broke off. Useless. Since there's no return, I spent $10 on nothing. Pin was too thin. Would not recommend.
